the location was fantastic, just minutes from Mount Panorama. The bistro served excellent meals that surprised us, especially breakfast. the bathroom was quite outdated, and the carpets could use some improvement. I'd recommend this hotel.

Hot and delicious breakfast and fab food selection. Had exceptionally nice location in the restaurant attached to the motel, walking distance to a museum and a main street. The amazing friendly staff working throughout the hotel...

Great location and comfortable bed! The renovated rooms are nice, but mine had a strong cigarette smell. Service was hit or miss-some staff were lovely while one guy at the bar was a bit rude.

The location was close to everything
1. The beds should have been thrown out 20 years ago, they were appalling. 2. Being harassed at exactly 10:00am to leave on day of checkout.

The staff promptly attended to my request when I reported a non-working light outside room 55, ensuring my safety.
I found the room's sound barriers to be inadequate; I could hear noise from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my peace.

we enjoyed staying at the hotel. bistro and the bar was great
the one think we didnt like was , during the middle of the night the young people where very loud and noisey . we were up from 4.00 am and could not go back to bed as we had to be up by 5.30am to leave

My husband and I stayed for two nights while exploring the region. The room was spacious and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The friendly staff promptly provided us with extra coffee when needed. The central location made it easy to walk to nearby shops and attractions, and the lively bistro atmosphere added to the overall charm. the heating in the room worked well, keeping us warm on chilly nights.
100% Recommend this hotel.

Close proximity to the city centre and other facilities..
Themanner which certain other guests ere not brought under control, who were drinking and making alot of noise at 12am and again at 4am...this should have been addressed at the time...not security..

The bistro offered a cozy ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The room itself had its charm, with a decent layout that provided ample space for relaxation.
The experience was marred by a few drawbacks. The bathroom setup was peculiar, with the sink located outside, which felt inconvenient.

Close to town and university.
Room was very small for a triple and noisy in the morning.
